That the public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Item numbers 4 to 5 on the agenda, on the grounds that they each involve the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Local Government Act 1972 as amended by the Local Government (Access to Information) (Variation) Order 2006.

126.     Appeal for transport to St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School

 

Considered

 

An appeal against the Authority’s decision not to provide home to school transport to attend St. Joseph’s Catholic Primary School.

 

Resolved

 

That the Committee concludes from all the available evidence that the appeal be Not Upheld.
